In 2025, reflecting its growth and expansion into the tourism sector, the company was officially incorporated as JMY Transport & Tours Sdn Bhd, a private limited company under the Companies Act 2016 of Malaysia. This strategic move allowed the company to broaden its service offerings to include executive transport, group tours, school and staff transport, and premium travel solutions.
